FAQ
Where can I find the student council?
You can find our meeting times here.
Outside of our meeting times, you will usually find a student council member in T30 or the neighbouring workrooms.
How do I join the student council?
Typically, the general assembly of the mathematics student council takes place at the beginning of a semester, where a new student council is elected. You can register on the electoral list there and join the student council.
During the current semester, you are welcome to attend some meetings as a guest and be retroactively accepted as a member. While technically no required, members should be able to speak German fluently.
I'm having a problem with STiNE
Unfortunately, STiNE is still not fully developed and still has its bugs. If you are having a technical problem, simply use the STiNE support form. If you have problems registering for courses and exams, the Student Office can usually help you. If you have organisational questions, e.g. if there are no places available in an exercise class, please contact your lecturer directly.
Do you have any past exams?
At T30 you will find a large collection of old exams and examination transcripts. So if you need help with your exam preparations, just drop by and we'll help you find the relevant documents. However, our golden rules apply:
If you read exam transcripts, you have to write a new one yourself!
and...
If you use old exams to prepare, you must bring an assignment sheet with you after the exam!
This ensures that our collection is always up to date and that everyone can find what they need.
